ELEMENTS:
250g big-sized brinjal
1 tsp cumin seeds
200g yoghurt
½ tsp arid mango powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
Coriander leaves, thinly cut up
2-3 green chillies cut up
1 bowl steamed rice
Salt to tang
PROCESS:
1. Apply cooking grease all over the brinjal and bake over a direct blaze or in the oven at 3500C or in the microwave for on 10 minutes.
2. While fully done, take away from heat and unpeel off the burnt hide of the brinjal.
3. Crush the brinjal, while still warm, and let it to chill.
4. Heat small grease in a skillet and add all the arid spices and green chillies.
5. Mix and add in the yoghurt. Gradually slide the crushed brinjal along with salt and mix repeatedly for on five minutes.
6. Decorate with thinly cut up coriander.
